Most of our products are made to order and shipped directly from our trusted manufacturing partners. This allows us to offer a wider variety of beautiful designs, reduce unnecessary waste, and keep our prices more affordable than if we carried large amounts of inventory. While this means shipping takes a little longer than traditional retail stores, it helps us provide unique, high-quality products at the best value possible.

Processing Times

Most products are made to order after your purchase is placed.

Typical processing times:

• Apparel: 5–10 business days

• Home décor & accessories: 5–10 business days

• Stationery & paper goods: 3–7 business days

• Handmade items (when available): Processing time will be listed on the product page.

• Preorder items: Production begins after the preorder period ends. Estimated timelines will be listed in the product description.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, sales, or new product launches.

These delivery times begin after your order has been processed and are estimates only.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to begin updating after the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different production facilities. If this happens, you'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country's customs agency. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery. We appreciate your patience and understanding should this occur.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We'll gladly update your address if your order has not yet entered production.

Darling Kate is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to find the best solution as quickly as possible.
